You must provide us with the details of the advertised price along with a written quote. The lower advertised price must be for a Cruise vacation package that contains the same components and same classes of service and accommodations (i.e. air, rental car, motor coach/private transfers, cruise, hotel, all-inclusive resort, or tours) for the same dates and same range of time. The Cruise vacation package must be purchased through Travel Themes and Dreams before you can request a refund of the difference in price.

Our Cruise vacation package Best Price Guarantee applies only to prices available to the general public. It does not apply to groups, incentive groups and/or charters, interline rates, or any exclusive rate not available to general public. You must meet all requirements to request the lower price if the price is based on state of residency or age.

One of our Customer Service Representatives will review the details and verify price availability at the time you contact us. If your refund request is approved, we will refund the difference using the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. If a deposit was required to reserve the Cruise vacation package, the final payment amount will be adjusted to reflect the lower rate.
